Community and Giving Back Matters
One of NewAge Industries, Inc’s. guiding principles is to create purpose. We realize that having a purpose beyond our professional goals is truly motivational for most team members. To support our team to give back, we have five (5) employee driven committees that participate in initiatives that impact the lives of our people and those in our community, locally and globally.
Our In-House Committees
One of NewAge Industries, Inc’s. guiding principles is to create purpose. We realize that having a purpose beyond our professional goals is truly motivational for most team members. To support our team to give back, we have five (5) employee driven committees that participate in initiatives that impact the lives of our people and those in our community, locally and globally.
Health and Wellness
This committee oversees internal health and wellness initiatives such as the WOW Program, a health and wellness activity participation reimbursement program. The Wellness Committee also provides fun, free health and wellness activities throughout the year like Healthy Smoothie Day and the Zen Den.
Fun
Keeping the joy flowing is the Fun Committee with activities like the Halloween Costume Competition, Kona Shaved Ice Truck to celebrate summer, “SouperBowl” party and more.
ESOP
Every October the ESOP committee provides a list of fun activities to celebrate ESOP month. This group not only avails themselves to the supply of the most up-to-date ESOP information but takes the lead in planning the annual ESOP share price announcement for a day full of celebration.
Environmental
The Environmental Committee makes sure that we are practicing activities to support a healthy environment to remain truly sustainable in every area we can.
Helping Hands
This committee facilitates our support of community causes such as participation in the annual Alzheimer and Susan G. Komen Walk and our annual Red Cross blood drive.
Membership to our internal committees is based on availability and supervisory approval.
Volunteer in Our Community
We are an integral part of our local and the global community alike. Part of our support for our team’s external volunteer participation, is to provide one (1) full business day for the specific purpose of supporting their volunteer efforts in the community.
Financial Support for Your Charity
Donating dollars for dollars, up to $500.00, annually, to a cause our team member supports, is another benefit NAI offers to their team members.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Our candidate experience is designed to provide clear and pleasant experience for the employment candidate.
Once your application is submitted:
- Review period – candidates that are not advanced will receive notification of the status of their candidacy
- Phone Screens – selected candidates are invited to participate in a phone screen. Phone screens are approximately 45 minutes in duration with our recruitment team members. Candidates can expect to be asked a variety of questions relative to their job experience and knowledge of other related job skills
- Notification of Phone Screen Outcome – Candidate will receive notification of their advancement to the next step of the hiring process, which is typically an in-person interview with her hiring manager. Candidates who will not be moving forward will be notified of their status via email.
- Move Forward in the Hiring Process – This step will include in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially other key members of the team, depending on the role.
- The Offer – Candidates who receive a job offer will receive their offer first via phone and then in writing with all the details of employment included.
